The Nigerian Air Force, NAF says the British Military Advisory Training Team, BMATT has commenced training of a fresh batch of 758 of its Regiment and Air Provost personnel.
The Air Force said the training was on Force Protection in Complex Air-Ground Environment, FP-CAGE.
NAF Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, made this known in a statement in Abuja.
He said the one-month long FP-CAGE Course 9/2019, which commenced on November 4th, was being conducted by a team of Royal Air Force, RAF Regiment instructors at the Regiment Training Centre, RTC, NAF Base Kaduna.
Daramola said that the Air Officer Commanding Ground Training Command Air Vice Marshal Idi Amin, expressed satisfaction with the progress of the training. He urged the participants to make the most use of the opportunity given to them for being selected for the course.
