The Federal Capital Development Authority on Thursday 7th March 2024 threw a farewell party to honour three of it’s retiring directors after 35 years of service.
The Directors include, Barr. Isa bin Abdullahi Director legal services FCDA, Engr. Bello A. Tunau Director department of Engineering design and evaluation FCDA, Arc. Adebowale Olugbadebo Ademo FNIA Director public building FCDA.
The executive secretary, Mr Shehu Ahmad, said during the event in Abuja, that “the retirees were celebrated as members of the FCDA family and for their unending contributions to the development of the federal capital.”
He also said at the event that, “The gentlemen we are celebrating today have unblemished, satisfactorily, and committed service to their father land and have been here for 35 years, knowing nothing other than coming to serve in the FCDA.
The executive director further said that, the exit of the three directors comes with a mixed feeling, as these are gentlemen who have gone through all the rudiments of training and have acquired all the skills and expertise in their various fields and have improved the service.
The executive secretary finally urged the retirees to consider floating consultancy outfits, making their expertise available for FCDA consultations.
