Golden Eaglets Coach, Manu Garba has promised to press his boys to go all out for victory when they come up against Australia in their last Group-B match in Brasilia.
Garba said that the Golden Eaglets, already through to the Round of 16, would show Australia no favour in order to claim their third successive wins after their spirited 4-2 win against Hungary as well as the 3-2 win against Ecuador.
The Nigerian contingent arrived Brasilia ahead of today’s game against the Aussies, who are looking for their first win of the series after they lost previously to Ecuador 1-2 and drew with Hungary 1-1.
The Golden Eaglets have bowled over Nigerians with their energetic play and have remarkably scored seven goals in two matches.
Meanwhile, Garba, who earlier supervised two of Nigeria’s Under-17 World Cup title in 2007 and 2013 has pleaded with mischief-maker to stay clear of his team as the Golden Eaglets bid for a record six title in Brazil.
