The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, BOT, of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, TETFund, in Nigeria, Aminu Bello Masari has disclosed the intention of the Fund to create a new intervention aimed at addressing issues of security and power in tertiary educational institutions across the country.
