Some terrorists have killed four traders in Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State, on their way to a market close to the local government headquarters from Zandam village.
The Katsina State Police Spokesman, SP Gambo Isah, who confirmed the incident explained that the five traders were shot by the terrorists, adding that four died on the spot.
In a similar incident, bandits also killed a traditional ruler, Kogo Hamza Abdullahi in the Yankuzo Emirate of Zamfara State.
A resident who pleaded anonymity, explained that the District Head was ambushed and killed by the bandits while going back home from work on Friday.
