The Secretary General of the Nigeria Tennis Federation, NTF Dayo Abulude has advised players to be of good behaviour in the ongoing VEMP National Open Tennis Championship.
He added that the Federation in collaboration VEMP is organising the third edition National Open Tennis Championship at the package-B of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
Abulude said players are following the rules and regulations of the games and that anyone who lacks good character and discipline cannot succeed in any endeavour.
The Secretary General explained that the competition is going on smoothly, when play and lose the game, they have to leave so that the atmosphere will not be congested. According to him, a total of 128 players started the preliminary series on Friday.
He said 32 female and 64 males are participated in the main draw which started on Monday, adding that Friday is the semifinal matches while the final games will be played on Saturday to end the competition.
