The House of Representatives has tasked security agencies to flush out criminal elements in Nimbo, Opanda and Ogboli communities in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State.
This followed the adoption of a motion by Martins Oke at plenary in Abuja.
Presenting the motion, Oke said that the inhabitants of the communities had been thrown into fear following the activities of the criminals.
Adopting the motion, the House observed a one minute silence in honour of those killed during attacks on the communities and urged the National Emergency Management Agency NEMA to provide relief materials to the victims. It urged heads of security agencies in the country to deploy additional security personnel to the communities
