The Kano State Police Command has rescued a four-year-old boy, Abdulrahman Dalha who was abducted at Zangon Rimi quarters in Ungoggo Local Government Area of the state.
The Command’s Spokesman, Abdullahi Haruna in a statement confirmed the rescue of the boy to newsmen in Kano.
According to Haruna, a complaint was received on November 10th at Zango Police Division that unknown persons have kidnapped one Abdulrahman Dalha, a four year old boy of Zango quarters, Ungoggo local government area of Kano State, demanding four million naira as ransom.
The Police Spokesman said the prime suspect, Anas Isa, confessed to the commission of the crime and led Puff-Adder operatives to the house of his aunty at Inusawa village where the kidnapped victim was rescued. He also called on the residents of the state to continue to cooperate with the police by giving timely information for prompt response.
