The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has rejected the result of the just-concluded gubernatorial election in Kaduna State.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had Monday declared Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress, APC as winner of the March 18 election.
PDP chairman in the state, Felix Hyet, who announced the rejection at a press briefing on Tuesday in Kaduna, however, commended party supporters for their support during the election.
He also assured them that PDP would not leave any stone unturned in the quest to reclaim its mandate, and also called on the party supporters to continue to support and pray for the PDP as it pursues the matter to a logical conclusion.
