Dambatta said this on Tuesday in Kano at the opening of a 2-day Kano Social Influencers’ Summit organised by the Centre of Information Technology and Development.

According to him, the fund is set up to provide infrastructure in public schools as part of the commission’s corporate social responsibility.

On social media, Dambatta explained that the NCC is not responsible for regulating social media content and absolved it of blame over inciting contents on various social media platforms.
