There is tension in College of Agriculture and Animals Health Bakura in Zamfara State as a group of bandits attacked and kidnapped 15 students, four staff, killed one police officer and two security men.
Deputy Registrar of the College Aliyu Atiku, who confirmed the incident to newsmen, said the bandits stormed the main campus of the institution around 10:00 pm on Sunday and spent over an hour operating.
He added two staff and one student escaped from the gunmen after they kidnapped them and returned to the school early Monday morning.
However, the Zamfara state Police command is yet to comment on the development.
