The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF has denied reports that the federation did not provide money for the feeding of the national Under-23 team during their 2019 AFCON first leg qualifier against Sudan in Omdurman.

NFF Spokesman, Ademola Olajire denied the rumour, saying there is no element of truth in the report that the Under-23 team was left hungry.
The Nigerians, current African Under-23 champions, lost 1-0 to their hosts Sudan.
