A former Delta State Deputy Governor Amos Utuama has died.
Utuama who was aged 77 died in Warri, Delta State, in the early hours of Saturday after a protracted illness.
The deceased became the deputy governor of the state from 2007 to 2015 under the administration of ex-governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.
In the wake of his death, Delta Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has sent condolences to the family of the late Utuama
The Governor prayed to God to accept the deceased’s soul and grant fortitude to the family and friends he left to bear the loss.
