The first quarter Chief of Army Staff Conference is expected to hold in Kaduna from April 24th to 27th, and will focus on leveraging land power and combat arms in successful prosecution of warfare.
The Army will also hold Combat Arms Week and Infantry Officers Conference within the period.
According to Assistant Director Army Public Relations of Headquarters, Infantry Corps Centre Jaji, Major Augustine Bello, the events will also feature fire power demonstration within Jaji Military Cantonment.
Bello, therefore, advised residents of Kaduna State, particularly Wusono general area and its environs not to panic on hearing the sounds of gun shots or mass movement of troops. He also advised the people to stay clear of the exercise area.
