The Shepherd House Assembly International, Jos has conducted a special prayer for his congregation and Nigeria against stagnation as the year comes to an end.
The Assembly‘s Resident Pastor, Tajan Moltok conducted the prayers during the church’s Annual Carol Night, to usher in the celebration of Christmas through hymns and prayers.
He said the coming of Jesus Christ was the coming of peace, to set every captive free from any situation they were burdened with.
One of the Church members, Anne Abbah, said the period was a reflection of God’s faithfulness and mercies in the life of his children.
She urged Christians to share whatever they had with their loved ones and the needy during the yuletide, and commended the church for their gestures of gift presentation to all members during the event.
Highlights of the event were the presentation of gifts to
children by Santa Claus and song ministrations by the church choir and other
guest artistes
