The Super Eagles are expected to play a minimum of three top-notch friendly matches before the start of the 2019 African Cup of Nations tournament in Egypt this summer.
Nigeria will be gunning for their fourth title in Egypt after finishing top of their qualifying group courtesy of a 3-1 win over Seychelles in Asaba, Delta state.
Coach Gernot Rohr said his team would need to play at least three friendlies for the tournament in Egypt.
He added that the teams they will play in the upcoming friendlies to hold at the end of the European football season will be dependent on their opponents in next month’s AFCON draw in Cairo.
