Trump defeated the Democrat candidate, a sitting Vice President Kamala Harris, to be re-elected as the 47th president of the United States of America.
In his congratulatory message, Atiku hailed Americans, noting that Trump’s win is a timeless reminder that democracy, with all its trials and tribulations, remains a force for good in the world.
