The Sudanese Coach Zdravko Logarusic says his team’s chances against Nigeria are very slim, ahead of the last hurdle of the Under-23 African Cup of Nations qualifier.
Nigeria will play against Sudan away on June 5th and wait for the second leg on June 9th.
Logarusic said Nigeria has quality players that can make the difference as was proved in their game against Libya in Asaba. However, he was hopeful of creating an upset and qualifies for the tournament billed for Egypt in November. The Under-23 AFCON will produce Africa’s representatives at the football event of the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
