The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPoB has exonerated its self on enforcement of the Monday sit-at-home order, which had led to killings and destruction of life and property in the South-East. This is coming following attacks on communities in Anambra and Enugu States by enforcers leading to deaths and destruction of property.
Media and Publicity Secretary of IPoB Emma Powerful in a statement said the attackers were sponsored by politicians in a bid to blackmail it. It also called on Governors of the region to deal with anyone using the Monday sit-at-home to torture innocent citizens and residents of their states.
He added nobody should link IPOB or ESN with the criminal acts in the region and those enforcing non-existent Monday sit-at-home order.
