The Federation Account Allocation Committee, FAAC has disbursed one point ninety two trillion naira to the three tiers of government in the first quarter of this year.
The National Bureau of Statistics said this in FAAC monthly allocation for January, February and March Disbursement statistics published on its website in Abuja.
The bureau said the committee disbursed over six hundred and forty nine billion naira to the three tiers of government in January; six hundred and sixty billion naira in February and six hundred and nineteen billion naira in March.
Out of the one point ninety two trillion naira, the Federal Government got over eight hundred and three billion naira in the quarter, states received over five hundred and thirty billion naira while the local governments received more than three hundred and ninety three billion naira.
