Still on Ramadan, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, has restated the commitment of the Force to the provision of adequate security for all across the country.
The Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi in a statement in Abuja on Monday, said Egbetokun gave reassurance while extending greetings to all Muslims at the start of Ramadan.
The IGP urged all Muslim Ummah, to embrace the spirit of compassion, generosity, and forgiveness that defines Ramadan.
He called for all to unite, support one another, foster a sense of harmony, and build stronger bonds of friendship and cooperation in the holy month and beyond.
