The Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria, MOMAN has urged Nigerians to stop panicking over the likelihood of fuel scarcity. It assured of the association’s effective distribution of petroleum products across the country.
An official of the Association Clement Isong, gave the assurance in Lagos against the backdrop of the new queues at the filling stations in some part of the country.
According to Isong, the association is working very closely with NNPC to make ensure that the queues will soon disappear. He said MOMAN was committed to supporting the Federal Government on effective distribution of petroleum products.
Also speaking the Executive Secretary of Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeri, DAPPMAN Olufemi Adewole, however, said that NNPC distribution pricing had been a major issue for depot owners. He noted that for now no member had product in his facilities.
