The Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps NSCDC says it will ensure proper reportage of intelligence information by training her personnel.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Kwara Command of the Corps, Babawale Afolabi in Ilorin.
Afolabi said that the State Commandant, Makinde Ayinla, has pledged to adopt a systematic effort to develop and modify the knowledge, skills and character traits of officers and men of the Corps through workshops.
According to him, the maiden workshop on “Report Gathering and Writing”, was held at the Command headquarters in Ilorin on Wednesday.
He said that the resource person, Mujidat Oyewole-Bello, said that a good security report should include date and time of the incident, location and other details of what happened.
Afolabi said that the Area C Commander, Adebiyi Adebisi, described the seminar as timely and apt.
