North-Central, South-East States To Experience More Flooding – NIMET

Nigerian Meteorological Agency, NiMet has predicted sunshine and cloudiness from Wednesday to Friday across the nation.

The agency forecast prospects of isolated thunderstorms over parts of Kaduna, Gombe, Bauchi, Taraba and Adamawa state during the morning hours.

It also anticipated the inland and coastal cities of the South to be cloudy with prospects of isolated thunderstorms over parts of Bayelsa, Cross River and Akwa Ibom state during the morning hours.

According to the agency, the northern and southern parts of the country are still at risk of flash floods. Emergency agencies are expected to be at alert, However, NiMet urged Airline Operators to get updated weather reports from it for effective planning in their operations.
