The Nigerian Governors’ Forum, has said that it will discuss further measures for the revival of the economy and a new order that will ensure the safety and enhance the livelihoods of all Nigerians.
The Forum said that the discussion will hold during the 8th Teleconference meeting today, with governors of the 36 states.
A message by the Director-General of the forum, Asishana Okauru, stated that it will be receiving opening remarks and a briefing from the Chairman of the forum, Governor Aminu Tambuwal, thereafter snowballing into a few presentations on the nation’s economy.
Okauru noted, that there would be updates from States, Fiscal, Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability SFTAS that would cover programme implementation progress, sustainability activities, and upcoming reform deadlines.
