NAPTIP Cautions Media Partners On Fake News, Hate Content

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons NAPTIP has cautioned its media partners to beware of fake news and hate content against the agency.

The Head, Press and Public Relations Unit of the agency, Stella Nezan, made this known in a statement in Abuja.

She said that the agency would not be moved by the concocted report and would continue to do its work as the foremost counter-trafficking agency as the mandate given to it by Nigerians.

She said that the fight against human trafficking had the tendency of fighting back, and that the agency shall continue to welcome stakeholders and partners who were willing to work with it to end the scourge of human traffic king in Nigeria.
