The Federal Government and OrganisedLabour is expected to on Wednesday, resume what is considered a make-or-mar meeting,  after over two months of delay following July 27th deadlock in negotiation over the substantial adjustment arising from the thirty thousand new Minimum Wage.

A member of Labour negotiating team and President of Nigeria Civil Service Union, NCSU, who is also a Vice President of Nigeria Labour Congress, AmaechiLawerence said he hoped government team would bring something reasonable and realistic to the table this time around for agreeable resolution.

Lawrence explained that at the July 27th meeting that was deadlocked, the government team was asked to get President Buhari’s mandate and involvement for the issues to be put behind and for implementation to commence.

It would be recalled that that a week after the July 27th deadlock meeting, the Trade Union Side of the Joint National Public Service Negotiating Council, alerted that it might be forced to call workers for a nationwide industrial action.s=A”�K`��
