Kaduna state Chapter CAN, Chairman Reverend Joseph Hayab, said the association has contributed about 2 million naira worth of food items and started distribution to those in need following the curfew imposed by the state to check spread of coronavirus.

He explained that the palliative measure is meant to identify with beneficiaries during the hard times and to show concern for their wellbeing, it is also meant to encourage them to obey government’s directive to stay at home.

In same vein, the Taraba State chapter of CAN and the Muslim Council of Nigeria, MCN are to partner with the Taraba State Primary Health Care Development Agency to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the state.
