With the rise of COVID-19 cases in Kano, Allot of Nigerians expressed their worries of the pandemic in the state. The Governor of the state Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and the new emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero says the Strange deaths which has been recorded in the past few days is so alarming and the only way out is by seeking for God intervention.
Also the personal assistant to President Buhari on new media Bashir Ahmad, has urged Nigerians to pray for Kano state – As the state is battling with COVID-19 cases, he expressed worry over the strange death killing many people in the state Following the mass deaths recorded in Kano state in the past few days, Bashir Ahmad, has called on Nigerians to jettison their political and religious differences and pray for the state.
The personal assistant on new media, made the plea on Saturday, April 25, via his Twitter handle, @BashirAhmaad. It was reported that a strange illness reportedly killed some prominent residents in the state and while some had coronavirus symptoms, others’ causes of death have not been ascertained.
Also Coach Abdu Maikaba of Plateau United has expressed worries over the events in Kano State. A former coach of Kano Pillars, Maikaba wants Nigerians to pray for the state, while urging government to look for solution to the rapid deaths in the state.
