The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi has called for strengthened collaboration among stakeholders in Nigeria’s justice sector to address persistent challenges.
Fagbemi made this appeal on Tuesday in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, while delivering his address at a conference of the Network of Justice Sector Reform Teams.
The conference was organised with the support of the European Union-funded Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Programme of the International IDEA.
Fagbemi stated that the Federal Government is committed to judicial sector reforms in the country, adding that the government has embarked on some initiatives to improve the national policy on the administration of the country’s justice system.
