Goodluck Jonathan calls for a truce in Rivers State political crisis, asking Governor Fubara and Wike to work together.
Jonathan made the call today Monday during the flag-off of the Trans-Kalabari Road in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
He described the political tension in Rivers State as worrisome.
He said the outgoing governors and incoming governors must know that they work together.
That is for the collective interest of the citizens of the state and that is critical.
Jonathan made particular reference to Rivers state, he said the minister of FCT, Wike and Governor Fubara must work together
For the development of rivers State, urging them to avoid tensions inimical to progress and development of Rivers state.
