Insurgency: MNJTF Troops Recovers 500 Bicycles, Cattle In Borno

Troops of Multinational Joint Task Force have recovered over 500 bicycles, cache of arms and over 100 cows from Boko-Haram terrorists in Kirawa axis of Borno.

The cow were returned to their owners in Nigeria and Cameroon.

This was made known to the Force Commander, Major General Abdul-Khalifah Ibrahim during his operational visit to Stabilisation Foward Operation Base in the border town of Kirawa.

This is contained in a statement issued by Chief of Military Public Information Office of the task force, Lieutenant Colonel Kamarudeen Adegoke.

According to him, the information was disclosed to the Force Commander, Major General Abdul-Khalifah Ibrahim during his operational visit to Stabilisation Foward Operation Base FOB in the border town of kirawa.

Ibrahim was also informed that about 10,000 displaced persons have returned home following the restoration of peace and normalcy in the area.
