Senegal, Burkina Faso, Morocco and Mali are to represent Africa at the 2023 FIFA Under-17 World Cup.
The four countries sealed their places following the conclusion of the quarter-final matches at the Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON on Thursday.
The 2023 FIFA Under-17 World Cup will be the 19th edition of the biennial international men’s youth football tournament. It is contested by 24 teams of the under-17 national teams of the member associations of FIFA from six confederations.
The tournament will be begin from November 10 th to December 2 nd in a yet to be decided venue.
Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets are the most successful team, having made eight appearances and winning a record, five FIFA Under- 17 World Cup titles in 1985, 1993, 2007, 2013 and 2015.
