A member of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF Executive Ahmed Yusuf Fresh has commended the country’s Under-20 national football team, Flying Eagles for picking one of the tickets to represent Africa and the FIFA Under-20 World Cup later in the year.
Fresh, who was reacting to the team’s outing at the recently concluded CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Niger on his twitter handle, also assured that the federation will always will give adequate support to the country’s Under-20 national team as they prepare for the FIFA Under-20 World Cup later in the year.
Fresh, who is also the federation’s Technical and Development Committee Chairman, noted that the team had the best preparations prior to the AFCON Under-20 tournament.
