President Muhammadu Buhari has said that the federal government will not tolerate any form of human rights abuses by the security agencies in the country.
President Buhari in a national broadcast, expressed concerned about isolated security incidents.
He assures Nigerians of safety, saying security remain the primary concern especially in these difficult and uncertain times.

Buhari had earlier declared a lockdown in the FCT, Lagos and Ogun State at the end of March.
He extended the lockdown two weeks ago following the continued rise of confirmed cases of the disease in the country.
