The Federal High court sitting in Kaduna had adjoined to 4th July, 2019 a case brought before it to determine whether the All Progressive Congress, APC in the state had conducted congress in wards, Local governments, and state level before the 2019 general elections.

Liberty News Correspondent, Muhammed Idris reports that Justice Zainab Abubakar gave the order on a matter filed by the appellant Mustapha Inuwa and nineteen others against the first defendant APC, second defendant former national chairman of APC John Oyegun Adigun and the third  defendant; the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC

The Presiding Judge, Justice Zainab Abubakar affirmed during today’s hearing that the case is not a pre-election matter.

During the sitting, the first and third defendant; All Progressive Congress APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC respectively were not represented by their counsels.

However only the second defendant, former national chairman of APC John Oyegun Adigun was represented by his counsel Barister Bashir Abubakar.
