President of the Senate Ahmad Lawan, House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila and Deputy Speaker Ahmed Idris Wase have congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on his 79th birthday, celebration today.
Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos; Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun as well as Labour and Employment Minister Chris Ngige also saluted the President.
Senate President’s Special Adviser on Media Ola Awoniyi In a statement in Abuja said he join Nigerians and other well-wishers across the globe in thanking Allah for his great gifts of good health.
Also, Gbajabiamila, who congratulated the President through a message by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, said Nigerians are proud of Buhari on the way he has been steering the ship of the country.
On his part, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ahmed Idris Wase said Buhari deserved to be judged fairly based on his track record in the last six years.
In a congratulatory message Governor Sanwo-Olu noted that the president has contributed immensely to the unity, growth and development of Nigeria.
