The governorship supplementary election is currently in progress in Adamawa State.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC had announced March 28 to conduct the poll on Tuesday.

The exercise being conducted in 14 local government areas of the state, with a total of 40,988 registered voters.

The electorate are voting at 44 polling units in 29 Registration Areas which is expected to end by 2pm.

The exercise is taking place two days after an Adamawa State High Court vacated an order restraining INEC from conducting the governorship supplementary election in 44 polling units in the state. ,���� }
