The Flying Eagles will today file out against Mali in the semi-final of the football event of the 12th Africa Games in Rabat, Morocco.

Nigeria qualified for the semi-finals after placing second in Group B with five points, behind Burkina Faso, who garnered seven points to come tops.

The team drew their first game 1-1 against Burkina Faso, before sealing a 2-1 win over South Africa. They secured their qualification with a 2-2 draw against hosts Morocco on Friday.

Speaking, media officer of the team, Andrew Randa said the team is prepared for the encounter.

He also said they are looking forward to getting their revenge against Mali, after losing to them in the semi-final of the Africa U-20 Championship in February in Niamey, Niger.
