Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation NDIC has won the Industrial Training Fund ITF ‘Best Contributing Employer in Human Resources Development’ award for the 2022 service year.
This is contained in a statement by Director, Communication and Public Affairs Department, NDIC Bashir Nuhu in Abuja.
He said the Director General of ITF, Joseph Ari, gave the award to the corporation, saying that the award was conferred on the NDIC for being the most compliant with the ITF Act. And the compliance was through consistent and periodic remittance of the statutory one per cent of its total staff cost as stipulated by the ITF’s Act.
Ari appreciated the commitment of the NDIC saying that it was worthy of emulation by other government agencies.
