A US based non-profit organisation, “When In Need Foundation”, saddled with responsibility of humanitarian issues has agreed to partner Jaba local government area of Kaduna State of the development, improved living the standard of resident and the state at large.

The organisation’s Team Leader, Dame Chetachi, who led a delegation to pay a courtesy visit to the Chief of Jaba, Kpop Ham Danladi Gyet Maude, said they are in his palace to seek his blessing in the of Jaba.

Chetachi said the organisation will invest in ginger farming and processing in the local government to create employment opportunities for  the teaming youth and for economic development in the state.

The ‘When In Need’ Foundation donated drugs of different kind to reach out to hospitals in the local government, wheel chairs for people leaving with disabilities.

On his part, member Kaduna State House of Assembly, Samson Monday Dikko while appreciating the organisation, said investment will better the lives of the host communities. He also noted that  the Ham language is slowly dying, and called for its usage as a medium of teaching to encourage sustainability in homes, schools and society.

Responding, the Chief of Jaba, who welcomed the Foundation vowed to donate a land, adding that Jaba land is endowed with several mineral resources with economy value.
