One Ezra Haruna was reportedly killed while four persons were kidnapped on in Anguwan Barau, Udawa in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

A member of the community who pleaded anonymity said four persons were kidnapped when gunmen arrived the community and started shooting indiscriminately.
He said on hearing the gun shots, people started running in all directions and one person died in the process.
It would be recalled that four students and two teachers were kidnapped from Engravers College in same Chikun Local Government Area last week and are yet to be released, while their abductors are demanding ten million naira ransom on each.
