Nigeria sensation, Victor Osimhen has been nominated for the French Ligue One September Player of the Month award.The 20-year old is in the running for the prize after helping maintain Lille’s home unbeaten with two home wins, one draw and one loss in two away games during the period.Osimhen, who also won Lille’s player of the month award for September will be vying for the award against Monaco’s Islam Slimani and Nantes Forward, Nicolas Pallois.Victor Osimhen’s exploits in September with two goals and two assists earned him the nomination. His first goal in September came in the 2-1 win against Angers.He got an assist in the 1-1 draw against Rennes, before getting a goal and assist in the 2-0 win over Strasbourg.
