The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kaduna had adjoined sitting to tomorrow Wednesday 24 July, 2019 due to inability of Governor Nasir El-Rufai and the All Progressive Congress, APC to present their witnesses.

Liberty News Correspondent, Mohammed Idris reports that El-rufail again appealed through his counsel Sule Usman that his witnesses could not make it to the tribunal due to what he called witness logistic problem.
APC and El-Rufai have been giving a fourteen days grace to present their witnesses in defence of the petition by Isah Ashiru Kudan and the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Other counsel at the tribunal all agreed with the adjournment.
It will be recalled that the first and second appellant Isa Ashiru Kudan
and PDP have already presented their witnesses and so also the Independent national Electoral Commission, INEC that promised to present ten witnesses but presented only one.
