The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, says the Federal Government remains committed to the development of education in the country through the provision of quality infrastructure.
He spoke in Kano while handing over a 1.06 kilometer internal road, including construction of reinforced concrete culverts and drains at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in Kano.
Fashola was represented by the Federal Controller of Works in Kano State, Yahaya Ali.
Earlier, in his welcome address, the Chief Medical Director, Abdulrahaman Sheshe, expressed happiness at the project executed in the teaching hospital.
He noted that the road networks would allow easy access for patients seeking medical treatment in different parts of the hospital.
