Working tools worth millions of naira have been donated to youths in Kajuru local government area of Kaduna state, after completion of training acquired on boreholes repair.
Donating the working tools on the trainees, the chairman Kajuru local government Cafra Boaz caino, urged the beneficiaries to replicate the gesture by ensuring more youths are also train on the skills to reduce youths restiveness.
Caino further maintained that the local government will also require their services especially in the area of boreholes maintenance for optimal performance.
He therefore expressed confidence that the skills acquired by the youths will reduce youths restiveness in the area.
In the same vein, the chairman Kajuru local government, Cafra Boaz caino, expressed his administration’s resolved to repair ailing boreholes with a view to enable people in the area have access to portable water.
In the end, caino appreciated the efforts of Rural water sanitation Agency RUWASA and Water sanitation hygiene WASH for their drive to train the youths, saying the gesture will add value to their lives.
