National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has redeployed 400 corps members of the 2023 Batch-C stream-1orientation exercise from Zamfara to Sokoto and Kebbi states.
NYSC Coordinator in Zamfara, Abdulsalam Alhassan, told newsmen in Gusau that NYSC headquarters, Abuja, have redeployed the corps members from Zamfara to Sokoto and Kebbi States, where they will have their orientation course.
Alhassan commended the Zamfara administration for its kind gesture to the scheme and the on-going projects of total renovation of the Corps’ permanent orientation camp in Tsafe Local Government Area.
The state coordinator further appreciated the state government for reinstating monthly allowances for corps members serving in the state’s civil service.
