Makarfi said the State was determined to transform its teaching service from analog to digital, in order to provide quality education in the State. He said plans had been concluded to train all public primary and secondary school teachers in the State on the adoption and utilisation of Information and Communication Technology, ICT, in teaching. He said Government had entered into partnership with some training institutions to conduct this training, which would be concluded in the next five years.
