Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola is expected to administer oath of office on newly appointed justices of the Court of Appeal on Wednesday, September 20.
The nine justices are to be inaugurated at the main auditorium of the Supreme Court.
Director of Press and Information at the Supreme Court, Festus Akande, in a statement said the justices include; Hannatu Azumi Laja-Balogun; Binta Fatima Zubairu, Peter Chudi Obiora, and Okon Efreti Abang among others.
Meanwhile, the CJN will constitute the Supreme Court panel that will hear appeals arising from the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court, latest Wednesday.
