Coach, Jose Peseiro, his three foreign assistants, Maykel Moreira, Acacio Santos and Vitor Hugo have arrived Uyo ahead of Super Eagles 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Likuena of Lesotho.
Chairman of the Akwa-Ibom State Football Normalization Committee, Bonny Nyong, received them at the Victor Attah International Airport.
The Super Eagles will begin preparations for the game on Monday.
Peseiro has already called up 23 players to camp for the game and the matchday two fixture with the Warriors of Zimbabwe.
The West Africans will entertain Leslie Notsi’s Lesotho at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Thursday. The three-time African champions will face Zimbabwe three days later in Butare.
